Who we're looking for:
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for strategically designing and implementing BI software and systems, including database and data warehouse integration.
This role heavily involves developing Power BI reports and converting existing Cognos reports into Power BI Reporting. Additionally, the BI Developer should have the capability to troubleshoot existing Cognos reports as part of their responsibilities within the BI Team.
An understanding of key business drivers is essential for driving optimization and growth. As a vital member of the Data & Analytics Team and with the potential to lead a team, the individual in this role will help key business stakeholders make better, data-driven decisions to enhance MHA's value to its members. Responsibilities include selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and deploying BI solutions to end users.
