The position is located in Buffalo, NY. We offer a hybrid work environment with the ability to work two days remote per week.

Primary focus for the role is to manage a queue of new customer applicants within Xvantage, review and confirm the validity of information provided. Successfully onboard valid new applicants and also recognize fraud attempts and cease the onboarding process. Works closely with new applicants to address questions; create a positive experience.

Your Role:

  • Review and validate customers new account applications for accuracy and legitimacy.
  • Identify and mitigate fraudulent customer onboarding attempts.
  • Ability to focus and weigh multiple sources of data to conclude onboarding review.
  • Ensures procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our internal sales channel for customer onboarding updates.
  • Responding to time sensitive applications and work efficiently within a que.

What you bring to the role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of working experience with 2 years' experience in a AR, AP, Reconciliation role with a focus on customer service and customer engagement,
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be very detailed oriented

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,600.00 - $57,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
