Our Chauffeur/Maintenance AssistantWill:
Transport residents via company car, van, shuttle bus or other vehicle to appointments, events, store, and other locations.Work closely with residents to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.Assist the maintenance team when not driving, ensuring all areas, including community spaces, work areas, grounds, and property, are maintained to the highest standard.Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
