Position Overview:
- Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
- Providing timely documentation for facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Enhancing clinical skills and professional development.
- Reporting changes in resident status to the supervising therapist.
- Ensuring accurate charges and meeting productivity standards.
- Maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve quality care.
- Attending required meetings and educational sessions.
- Providing feedback to rehab aides and coordinating treatment goals.
What You Bring :
- Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state of Alaska.
