Maintenance Mechanic (Finance)
Starting Pay : $23.90-$31.35 | Shift Differential + $2/ hour
Location : Willard, OH
Work Schedule : 8-hour shifts | Rotating Shift (7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7 AM) | daily & weekend overtime in a 3-shift operation as needed

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures and machinery, including conveyors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines for repairs
- Fabricate or reproduce parts as needed using welders and machine tools
- Welding experience, which includes MIG, TIG, and STICK
- Work with machinery such as die cutters, web/sheet-fed presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to complete repairs
- Experience using test equipment like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and tachometers
- Ability to operate machine and hand tools for installations and repairs
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Physical ability to lift and move objects (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 10-25 lbs frequently)
