We are looking for a IT System Administrator who must have:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is required
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- At 2-5 years experience working with Azure Administration and O365
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile.
The qualified candidate will be able to perform the following task:
- Assist in managing and maintaining BAYS IT infrastructure, with a focus on Office 365, Azure, and workflow automation using Power Automate.
- Assisting Help Desk Specialists in resolving complex issues, and maintaining efficient system operations.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing for Azure-hosted services.
- Troubleshoot Power Automate workflows to resolve issues quickly and ensure continuity.
- Educate and support the Help Desk team in handling cybersecurity incidents and best practices.
- Assist in IT project implementations, such as system migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
