Sr. Pricing Manager (Marketing)
Position Responsibilities:
Participate in the proposal pricing process including analyze RFP requirements, develop pricing strategies; review, analyze and compile cost data.Review Government Request for Proposals (RFP) and Invitations for Bid (IFB) to determine general and specific cost requirements and ensure proposals comply with all requirements.Develop formats for cost proposal data to comply with Government and commercial customer requirements.Receive pricing data, and make recommendations on methods, procedures, and techniques for pricing proposals.Develop and maintain complex pricing models and templates.Examine and analyze cost data relevant to labor, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, and other expenditures.Ability to work with large volumes of data, analyze trends, and variances to produce reports.Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on cost related matters as required, including cost strategy for initial proposal and subsequent revisions.Participate in the development of detailed cost rationale and retain backup information to support the bid.Assist proposal team in the planning and execution of new business cost proposals; including, but not limited to establishing and coordinating schedules, monitoring and problem escalation, cost/price model development, pricing cost narratives, price strategy, risk assessment, business case analysis, and preparation/presentation of management briefing.Conduct cost/price analysis consistent with the standards and guidelines set forth in the FAR, DFAR, procedures, and internal policies and procedures.Operate in and foster an Agile work environment including openness and transparent in communications, collaborations and work methods including use of relevant tools and processes.Performs additional duties as assigned.
