Report Writer/User Administrator (Administrative)
We are seeking a Report Writer/User Administrator for the Information and Systems Support Department.
The Reporter Writer/User Administrator is accountable for running daily production and accounting reports, verifying and importing new loan data into the servicing system, responding to ad hoc reporting requests from internal customers using various report generating and database software, generates month end and year end reports on all serviced loans and verifies accounting reports both internally and externally on all investor held loans and reporting to various investors. The Report Writer/User Administrator is accountable for tasks as assigned by the ISS Technical Manager as well as researching, recommending and developing ways to automate as many of the current processes in reporting that can be automated by Visual Basic, or other programs as needed and approved by the ISS Technical Manager.
