Job Description:
The Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for the development and management of programs, analytics, and processes to improve the business. This role is responsible for the development and administration of Organization and Talent Review program, which involves succession management, high-potential development and leadership development. This includes, but is not limited to, project planning, developing talent strategy and development tactics, vendor management, communication and training across a variety of stakeholders (e.g., senior leaders, managers and colleagues). This role will involve providing guidance and consultation to business leaders as well as HR Business Partners.
The Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will also have the opportunity to directly consult with business leaders as well as others in HR in other areas such as leadership assessment and coaching, workforce analytics, new leader assimilations, organizational change, and other talent and leadership programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and implement the Organization and Talent Review program, inclusive of content and strategy, technology implementation, stakeholder management, and executive development tactics.
Responsible for the development and implementation of the Performance Management program, inclusive of goal setting, performance check-ins, and the annual performance review. Act as a subject matter expert and assist in maturing the performance management practice across the entire organization.
Enable capability development in Human Resources and the business, in support of succession management, organizational design, change management, and cultural change.
Conduct in depth analysis and deliver insights related to the people data and business results.
Provide diagnostics and insights related to the health of the organization; create and report key metrics to deliver insights to the business related to people-related performance indicators and business outcomes.
Develop and implement an organizational change approach and consult with business leaders to enact change within the business.
Build change management plans to support organizational transformation/improvement priorities.
Facilitate group meetings and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences in support of organizational change and the reporting of key data points and insights.
Requirements and Success Factors:
Experience in organizational development or organizational effectiveness, including organizational surveys, succession management, leadership development, performance management, and consulting.
Build relationships, effectively promoting ideas and influencing leadership behavior through strong collaboration.
Accurately diagnose root causes of critical organizational issues and provide objective, practical, data-driven solutions that are sustainable.
Develop and deliver sound, persuasive business cases for change that result in leadership action.
Actively participate on cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert in change management, organization design, performance management, or employee engagement.
Scope and effectively manage multiple OE projects concurrently, from inception to completion.
Translate strategy into specific goals, tactics, action plans, and deliverables; develop and implement change strategies for large-scale initiatives.
Measure tangible business ROI in financial terms.
Detail-oriented and confident executing against a plan.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization with tact and professionalism.
Strong qualitative and quantitative reasoning skills in order to identify, develop, and evaluate options to address complex problems and implement solutions; proficient with SPSS, Jamovi, or other statistics software.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional acumen, providing consultative guidance and influence at multiple levels of an organization.
Highly proficient project and time management skills in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Proficient using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other applicable software.
Some travel required: ~10-20%.
Preferred Requirements:
Master's degree or PhD in IO Psychology or related field.
3+ years of OD/OE, Human Resources, IO Psychology and/or applicable business experience.

The Compensation range for this role is 77,605.20 - 155,209.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
