This individual will be an integral part of Coherent's existing RF and electronics design team consisting of a number of experienced engineers. In this position, this individual will aid in the design and development of diagnostics, controls, and other critical analog and digital circuitry which is embedded in the RF power supply. This electronics technician may occasionally assist assembly and testing of engineering prototype units for customer evaluation. Occasionally this individual will also be required to support existing products by performing failure analysis, troubleshooting existing designs, evaluating design improvements, and providing production support. This position will require hands-on work in the laboratory on a broad range of electronics systems.
