Automotive Bookkeeper (Administrative)
Process after sale payables/Certified Payables, post, pay, research and follow up
Maintain Accounting Schedules associated with the above payables
Process Triton Remits, follow up on discrepancies and clean schedules-all locations
Process all after sale product cancellations including check remittance
Follow up on Service Payment Plan statements and refunds due from Vendor
Process all purchase paperwork for used vehicles, post into CDK, follow up on payment
Post Dealer payment statement
Post and follow up on Gift card Certificate receivable payment processing per the Gift Card Certificate Receivable schedules, correspond with dealership personnel and apply payments when received.
Process parts refunds and reconcile account.
