Immediately seeking to hire afull-time Returns Processors for our expanding and growing claims department within our parts distribution center in Doylestown, PA!

Our parts distribution center is the largest OEM parts distributor in the country. This position will allow the opportunity for growth and the chance to expand yourknowledge within the automotive parts industry.

Hours: M-F 8-5pm

*Opportunity for two potential raises in first 6 months*

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following;
Advise employees on parts claims and returns being filed with manufactures and vendorsWorks with management on claims schedules to ensure credits are issued by manufacturerDetermines work procedures, prepares work schedule and expedites workflowInvestigates customer, vendor and sales rep. discrepanciesCoordinates with purchasing on vendor discrepanciesAssists other areas in the departments as neededGeneral maintenance and housekeeping of work areaPotential for advancement with Inventory Control/Purchasing department
