About the Building Engineer
As a Building Engineer at Belmont Park, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our facilities. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to keeping our park operating at its best.
What Youll Do
?? Maintain Park Facilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems.
?? Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment Diagnose issues with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems to keep operations running smoothly.
?? Ensure Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards to maintain a secure environment.
?? Support Special Projects Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and installations as needed.
?? Collaborate with the Team Work with other departments to address maintenance needs and support park operations.
