JOB SUMMARY: This is a Part-time position responsible for marketing the Health Center and maintaining Health Center occupancy.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in health related field or Registered Nurse (R.N.) with at least two years experience.
Experience and Basic Knowledge: One year required in long term care, including working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care protocols. One year in post acute rehabilitation. Knowledge of required admission documentation and process.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
The physical activities of this position involve:
Precise eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity. Auditory and visual acuity, with or without the use of augmentative devices. Sufficient mobility and strength to move independently. Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of position
An individual in this position will be exposed to: Inside/outside environmental conditions Bloodborne pathogens (low risk) Physical hazards, Respiratory pathogens.
