WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Shop Lead, you will lead the service shop and ensure that all service work is completed in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. As the lead, you will also work on construction and forestry equipment as needed and serve as the primary contact when repair challenges arise as well as perform quality control checks on all equipment leaving the shop and completing check in/ check out forms on all machinery and providing Customer Service Advisors with customer check information. WHAT YOU NEED:
Compensation: $34.48-51.72/hr (Depending on Experience)
