As the Provider Recruitment Manager, you will be directly and indirectly managing provider recruitment operational work units inclusive of other leaders and individual contributors. You will ensure that efforts are made to close provider network gaps and support provider capacity. Regularly assess recruiting operational processes to determine where process improvement and strategic initiatives are warranted. You will function as an advisor and/or facilitator on the implementation of such efforts. Ensure that work-unit projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Manage the work unit's performance outcomes by tracking and measuring KPIs as relevant to the line of business/client. Oversee provider network expansion and optimizing utilization within the assigned region across all lines of business/client.

Pay and Benefits:
Salary: $107,640- $131,560 (pay varies based off location) w/ 10% annual bonus eligibility.
