Customer Service Banking Representative - Strongsville Call Center (Strongsville, OH) (Finance)

We are looking for several new team members to join our inbound call center family. We want candidates that are passionate about helping others and have a desire to join a company that lives by a value system of love (a genuine concern for others), trust, respect, a commitment to excellence, and fun. We have a comprehensive training program to assist our associates in their career growth.
Job duties may include: handling a variety of customer inquiries regarding checking, savings, certificates of deposit (regular and IRA), debit cards, online banking issues, equity and mortgage service inquiries, as well as opening deposit accounts over the phone. Responsibilities may vary based upon the skills of the associate. These are full-time, first shift positions at our Customer Care Strongsville location, 18094 Royalton Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44136. Hours are 8:20am – 5:00pm M-TH, 8:20am – 6:00pm FRI and 8:20am – 1:30pm SAT. Position will require rotation of Saturdays with a day off during the week.
