GENERAL SUMMARY
This position will work with various Systems and Product Engineering groups, as necessary, to assist in completing tasks and projects on Budget and Schedule, assist in the design, development, test, and release of major vehicle components encompassing the incorporation of customer requirements and specifications, and will interface with product design, prototype parts fabrication, vehicle build-up, test, ongoing development engineering and follow-up of initial and post production in the plant. This position will also develop vehicle architecture for U.S DoD ground system and commercial programs defining architecture specifications and performing analysis of electrical, electronic, data systems, and physical design, provide knowledge and expertise in developing system architecture with the user and sponsor of the vehicle system, and work closely with business development and program offices to establish relationships with the customer to define the product vision and technology roadmap.
