Position Title: Business Analyst III- Network Sourcing

Role
As the Business Analyst III-Network Sourcing, you are responsible for the collection of data and performance of analytics on that data to support the Supply Chain – Network Sourcing organization. Along with supporting the processes, people, and systems you will use your in-depth analytical skills to provide accurate, complete, timely and insightful reports and analysis. More specifically, you are responsible for developing business processes and tools necessary to analyze, track and support the goals of the Supply Chain – Network Sourcing team including the sourcing of contractors, calculation and tracking of key metrics such as cost savings, cost avoidance and leakage, and analytical support of metrics and KPIs associated with general contractor material inventory processes. Also, take on an active role in managing programs aimed at improving compliance, innovative projects and decision making. As a senior member of the organization, you will conduct multiple complex analyses with the aim of providing accurate insights and have the opportunity to work cross-functionally within and external to Supply Chain with the goal of helping the Supply Chain – Network Sourcing team optimize their provision of Supply Chain services to their customers.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel
