Director of Brand Marketing (Marketing)
Develop and implement long-term brand strategies to drive growth, innovation, and brand equity.
Oversee the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans, including brand positioning, activation, and market expansion initiatives.
Brand Activation and Communication:
Lead collaboration with Creative Services, Sales, R&D, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Direct the development and execution of high-impact promotional and advertising campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
Product Portfolio & Innovation:
Oversee product portfolio management, driving innovation and identifying opportunities for product improvements or new product launches.
Evaluate and optimize product positioning, renovation, and margin enhancement opportunities.
P&L and Budget Management:
Take ownership of brand P&L, delivering margin and profitability targets.
Oversee the optimization of marketing budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with brand goals and maximizes return on investment.
Responsible for leading AOP for brand spend plans.
Sales and Market Development:
Partner closely with Sales to ensure that brand strategies translate into successful retail initiatives and sales growth.
Lead the development of sell-in materials and retail activation plans to support revenue growth.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
Drive consumer and market research efforts to inform brand strategies and product development.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to proactively adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
Cross Functional Team Leadership and Development:
Lead business unit (brand) report outs with Leadership Team and organizational Directors
Lead and mentor high performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Serve as a strategic thought leader and advocate for brand initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7-10+ years in brand management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
Extensive experience with P&L management, product innovation, and cross-functional team leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This position works out of our Little Chute, WI facility and works a Monday - Friday schedule.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
