JFSA of Cleveland is actively seeking a full-time Group Home / House Manager.
Are you an experienced direct care professional looking for career advancement? JFSA of Cleveland seeks caring and attentive individuals to provide in-home care for adults with Developmental Disabilities. This full-time, salaried position reports to a Regional Coordinator and includes the option of medical, dental, and vision benefits, 403(b) with company match, and company-paid life insurance.

Job Summary:
Ensures immediate and efficient delivery of residential/community services to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities.Supervises and teaches DSP staff to understand the needs of people with developmental disabilities to ensure quality services to consumers.
