Responsibilities and Expectations:
Cleaning dishes during shift both before and after meals. This includes but is not limited to plates, silverware, and glassware. Will be accountable for assorting and separating, as well. Daily sweeping and/or mopping of kitchen floor according to shift. Maintaining a sanitized kitchen Reporting to Chef Executive/Food Service Director for directions on menu preparation, daily duties, and any other questions regarding shift duties. Following of all menu items and/or prep items according to dietary and resident needs and standards. May be required to perform other task that is asked by management team. Required to stay alert and attentive during all scheduled work hours. Must wear hair restraints during all meal preparation and serving.
