Administrative Assistant I (Part-Time) (Project Management)
Ardurra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical and operational support to our Houston team. This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills in a fast-paced professional environment.
Primary Duties
Coordinate document reproduction, QA/QC backchecks, and project deliverables.
Organize and maintain project and document filing systems.
Perform data entry, scanning, and general office record-keeping.
Front desk support – manage multi-line phones, greet visitors, and handle inquiries.
Coordinate new hire onboarding (office access, PTO calendar updates, employee lists).
Manage office supplies, snacks, and drinks orders.
Oversee office equipment maintenance, furniture repairs, and general office upkeep.
Plan and organize team morale events and professional organization functions.
Facilitate landlord coordination and office space management
Schedule and organize project and office meetings.
Arrange lunch and learn events (headcount, invites, setup, cleanup, PDH documentation).
Assist with marketing coordination and proposal reproduction.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of administrative experience (experience in Engineering, Architecture, Law, or Real Estate is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint and Project experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Administrative Support
