Associate Project Manager (Information Technology)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project management support from inception to completion under the guidance of the Project Manager.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Review and prepare project documentation, including plans, reports, budgets, and timekeeping records.Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays as they arise. Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of essential documentation, including permits, environmental assessments, and right-of-way agreementsFacilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies.Prepare and present project status updates and reports to senior management.Effectively and efficiently perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee land surveying components specific to Renewable Energy projects.Prepares estimates and proposals for renewable energy projects.Maintain customer relations for assigned clients.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of land surveying experience, with at least 1 year in project management, associate project management, project engineering or a related roleA minimum of 1 years experience in the utility scale renewable energy sectors
Proficient in land surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Trimble, GIS, Microsoft Office Suite).
Education and Experience:
PMP Certification or an Associates/Bachelor's degree in a related field, or actively pursuing PMP certification.
Work Environment:
This role embraces a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work remotely, in the office, or in the field as project requirements dictate.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position applicable to both salaried and hourly employees. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday. However, occasional overtime may be required to meet the needs of the business. This could include evening or weekend work, travel, or participation in company-related events. Flexibility is essential to support business operations and ensure overall organizational success.
Travel:
Travel may be required as needed to meet project and client demands.
