About the Role
Preferred candidates will have journeyman level experience, be multi-skilled, and capable of performing industrial electrical maintenance.
Being a shared resource for the entire mill when technical expertise or other capabilities are needed to solve a problem, support a project, or implement changes, and will strive to drive safe, respectful, and positive workplace interactions.

What You Will Do
Electrical work scope includes knowledge in motor control circuits, AC & DC drives, electrical power distribution, Allen Bradley PLC software, I/O devices, and other industrial electrical systems
Install and program various electrical drives
Perform preventative electrical maintenance on process equipment to improve reliability
Learn new technology, processes and equipment, educate, and work with maintenance technicians and operators
Assist operations in troubleshooting equipment and processes
Knowledge of maintenance planning process and manufacturing work systems
Maintain necessary documentation (drawings, diagrams, etc.) and communicate repairs to others
Ability to work with minimal supervision, while performing electrical tasks
Perform maintenance activities in accordance with all relevant safe work practices such as specified by regulatory guidelines (OSHA, NFPA70E, etc.) and mill safety policy
Participates in improvement projects to reduce maintenance costs and reduce process equipment failures
Who You Are
We are looking for Journeyperson Electricians who have completed a 4-6 year Electrical apprenticeship and related academic instruction. High school graduate or equivalent
Industrial electrical maintenance including on-the-job experience, certified training and education
