What you'll do:
The Relationship Associate is responsible for managing a portfolio of credit relationships including gathering, analyzing, and underwriting all business and personal financial data collected for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring, and testing a commercial credit facility. They are the liaison between all parties to ensure timely and efficient analysis that meets the expectations of the Borrowers, Lenders, and Administration Team. Additionally, they are responsible for expanding their relationships by cross selling the Banks products and services, when appropriate. This position provides exceptional customer service by taking ownership of the customer experience.
Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning and fee income generation.
Managing and growing existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have $0M to $1 to 2M in revenue.
Executes exemplary portfolio management via the following by:
Maintaining appropriate risk rating on all credits at all times
Managing administrative past dues to 0% at all times
Managing delinquencies as close to 0% at all times
Keeping documentation exceptions to a minimum
Maintaining covenant tracking without missing testing dates
Limit reporting tickler exceptions to a minimum
Takes part in bank events during and after hours.
Responsible for understanding the impact of lending on the bank's CRA goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-3 years of underwriting and lending experience
Bilingual Spanish Speaker preferred
Advanced computer skills

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 to $65,000 annually, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
