This role will be located at any of our U.S. offices (Eastern Time Zone preferred) on a Hybrid basis, including Portsmouth, NH, Morristown, NJ, Walkersville, MD, etc. and will travel to other Lonza locations at least monthly.
The role will provide help to sites while ensuring processes are standardized and implemented across all sites, Divisions, and BUs.
The Associate Director will also drive the sustainability of the processes in SAP within the organization, train users and SMEs, and ensure the appropriate level of documentation (Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions) are in place and embedded into the LONZA Quality System.
This role will focus on and support the SAP E2E Execution Blueprint Certification Program by working with the sites, supporting and helping them mitigate gaps, all to get certified and eventually meet MRP II Class A.
This role requires extensive SAP knowledge in all facets of SAP.
It requires the ability to speak, act, share, learn and teach SAP.
It requires assistance via remotely as well as on-site.
The ideal candidate is an SAP expert in execution; i.e., plan to make (end to end) processes involving master data, process orders, MRP, purchase orders, warehouse/ material movements, quality.
