We are looking for a Full-Time unarmed security Site Lead to lead our team that is providing a safe shopping and working environment for a national retail customer located in San Francisco CA.
The designated shifts are:
Monday - Friday 9:45 AM 17:45 PM
Pay Rate: $36.46/hour.
What you will do:
Provide, model and coach to excellent customer serviceLead a team of 7 security professionals providing service to our dedicated customerObserve, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location while standing and walking for your shiftProvide direction, feedback, coaching and training to your teamPartner with the customer and leadership team to ensure exemplary serviceProvide rapid response in critical situations
Your background:
At least 18 years of age or olderHigh school education or equivalent (GED)Legally authorized to work in the United StatesState Security License or ability to obtain oneHave a solid/stable work historyCan pass a Drug Test and Background screeningCan stand and walk for your shiftReliable transportationProven leadership abilities
