Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our dining services team! We are looking for a strong leader with a positive attitude who is passionate about providing exceptional food service to our residents. Position: Certified Dietary Manager
Location: Ridgeway Post Acute
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour, based on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of dietary services, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff while promoting a positive and team-oriented environment
• Plan and develop menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents
• Monitor food preparation and ensure quality control
• Maintain accurate records of dietary practices and inventory management
• Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure the dietary needs of each resident are met

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
• Previous experience in dietary management in a healthcare setting preferred

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse team
