Senior, Manager Human Resources (Government)

The Team

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to join American Tower's Human Resources team.  The Human Resources team works cross-functionally to help the organization reach its goals by attracting, engaging, and developing people within a culture that inspires excellence. Day to day, you will work closely with employees at all levels of the organization, including executive management, on Human Resources policies and programs. You will develop an understanding of the core strategies, goals, and objectives of the business units that you support, to identify business needs and Human Resources solutions. The Senior Manager, Human Resources works collaboratively with management in achieving business goals and proactively identifying ways to engage, develop and retain employees.
