Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware is seeking two physicians to join our amazing Adult Congenital Heart Disease program.
Medical Director
ACHD Physician
The current ACHD team consists of full time ACHD congenital cardiac surgeons, one board certified ACHD cardiologist, one full time PA, one full time social worker, one full time ACHD nurse, and a full-time clinical psychologist. In addition, the program is supported by a team providing advanced imaging, cardiac catheterization, cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac anesthesia, and intensive care to the ACHD patients.
Medical Director applicants should be ACHD Board Certified and at an Associate or Professor level of seniority.
ACHD Physicians will be required to provide care in both inpatient and outpatient space.
Early career physicians who are Board Eligible or Certified are encouraged to apply.
Requirements include:
ACHD Cardiologists (pediatric or adult cardiology track)
Board Certification (or eligibility) by ABIM for ACHD
Nemours Cardiac Center is in the Top 10 USNWR rankings and is an OPTUM Center of Excellence. The Cardiac Center also has dedicated cardiac nursing that is Magnet designated.
