Chief of Staff (Senior Advisor) - MDLIVE and Evernorth Workplace Care (Finance)
Job Summary (Business Project Senior Advisor):
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Chief of Staff for the MDLIVE organization will report directly to the General Manager/President and will be responsible for supporting business strategy, partnering with various functions across the business to drive strategic planning, management process, business communications, employee engagement, and coordination/integration with the overall business. This role will manage business inputs into ELT and SLT presentations, strategy playbooks, and other enterprise strategy processes. This role will assist in the management process for the leadership team, including facilitating leadership meetings and special projects as needed. The Chief of Staff will serve as a critical advisor to the General Manager working in close partnership with the leadership team, key matrix partners, finance and human resources. Acts as a connector within MDLIVE, Workplace Care, and Pharmacy to ensure business challenges are addressed and escalated appropriately, align the leadership team, and drive the appropriate flow of decisions and information. Provide project management expertise for the General Manager, and coordinate with the administrative professional that supports the leadership team.
