Senior Financial Analyst (Project Management)
Job Summary
This role will focus on revenue forecasting and will involve developing and maintaining revenue forecast models, analyzing trends, and providing insights to support business decisions. This position requires preparing financial reports, conducting detailed financial analysis, and collaborating with various departments to gather data. Additionally, the role includes building new reports, monitoring performance against forecasts, and implementing process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.Job Description
Developing and maintaining revenue forecasts, analyzing trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances from forecasts.
Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. This includes working with large datasets and using statistical methods to predict future revenue.
Leverage advanced reporting and analysis tools when appropriate including Tableau and Alteryx.
Partner with other members of the Acute Care FP&A team and Corp FP&A team to ensure consistency in reporting measures as well as the quality, look, and feel of all FP&A reporting.
Continually look for opportunities to drive process improvement and automation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience
Experience working with an ERP system – SAP experience is a plus
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Tableau experience preferred
SQL experience preferred
Alteryx experience preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$85,280.00 - $123,760.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
