Human Resources Generalist (Project Management)
Northland Services is looking for an HR Generalist to provide daily support for the 55 employees at our terminal located at the base of West Seattle hill. In this role, you will be the sole HR representative, supporting both union and non-union employees, including managers, leads, warehouse freight operators, and equipment operators. You will be the primary contact for recruitment, employee relations, engagement, leave management, and performance management. Our corporate office in Seattle, WA, will support you with payroll, benefits, health & safety, training, and policies. This position is not safety sensitive.
