What will you be doing?
As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Representing the hotel through preparing proposals and external sales presentations to prospective customers
- Meeting with clients, conducting property tours, and participating in tradeshows, industry, and community events
- Managing the customer relationship from initial inquiry to event execution, including drafting proposals, contracts, and responding to customer inquiries
- Overseeing all logistics to ensure flawless event execution in collaboration with other departments
- Providing consultation to clients to ensure unforgettable experiences within budget
- Creatively designing and detailing menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience
