Onboarding new employees
Process drug screens and background checks
Maintain welcome packets for new hires
Offboarding of separated employees
Employee termination processing
E-Verify
Reset passwords & troubleshoot accesses as needed
Maintain employee files and records
Audit Personnel Files
Back up for HR Payables
Payroll support as needed
Other duties & projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Must have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency & confidentiality
Proficient in the use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position
Advanced knowledge & experience with Excel
Good communication skills & telephone etiquette
Able to work well with HR team as well as independently
Basic Accounting skills
Minimum 2 years of Human Resources education and/or experience required.
