Quality Specialist (Finance)
Responsibilities
Responsible for administering the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality programs for manufacturing processes and products.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of quality and/or manufacturing experience.
Process Improvement experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to interact/present information to Management
Must meet all Quality Auditor Qualifications and Requirements

Must meet all Quality Auditor Qualifications and Requirements
Implementation of and adherence to all Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Define and implement quality plans to ensure product compliance to specifications.
Supervise daily activity of assigned auditors as well as departments/equipment.
Monitors daily reports to ensure proper administration of quality program.
Monitors site specific R&A, warranty, scrap, and rework.
Conduct incoming (raw and in-process materials) and in-process inspections of materials used in production.
Provide details of nonconformance to manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering.
Take accurate and sufficient measurements to provide data for process control and analysis.
Maintain and calibrate all mechanical and electrical test equipment.
Initiate appropriate corrective actions and responses for quality issues through root cause analysis.
Facilitate and/or assist in brainstorming activities.
Implement and modify standard work.
Implementation of and adherence to all Quality Management System policies and procedures.
