Quality Specialist (Finance)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for administering the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality programs for manufacturing processes and products.
- Minimum of 5 years of quality and/or manufacturing experience.
- Process Improvement experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to interact/present information to Management
- Must meet all Quality Auditor Qualifications and Requirements

- Implementation of and adherence to all Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Define and implement quality plans to ensure product compliance to specifications.
- Supervise daily activity of assigned auditors as well as departments/equipment.
- Monitors daily reports to ensure proper administration of quality program.
- Monitors site specific R&A, warranty, scrap, and rework.
- Conduct incoming (raw and in-process materials) and in-process inspections of materials used in production.
- Provide details of nonconformance to manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering.
- Take accurate and sufficient measurements to provide data for process control and analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate all mechanical and electrical test equipment.
- Initiate appropriate corrective actions and responses for quality issues through root cause analysis.
- Facilitate and/or assist in brainstorming activities.
- Implement and modify standard work.
- Implementation of and adherence to all Quality Management System policies and procedures.
