Functional Finance Business Partner (Finance)
As the primary business partner for three Vice Presidents within the North America Global Supply Chain-Supply Chain Performance, Safety Environmental and Real Estate, and Customer Satisfaction & Quality-the Functional Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in delivering robust financial oversight and driving meaningful process improvements. This position requires close collaboration with corporate and manufacturing site stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong business partnering skill set, experience in manufacturing operations, and a proven track record of driving change. With high visibility to senior leadership and a regional responsibility that involves interaction with over 40 manufacturing sites across North America, this role presents tremendous opportunities to influence and contribute to Schneider Electric's supply chain development and cultivate a vast network of regional and global connections.
What will you do?
• Collaborate with Vice Presidents to devise financial strategies that align with supply chain objectives.
• Enhance reporting processes to deliver actionable insights that improve financial performance.
• Lead special projects that support the strategic goals of the organization.
• Analyze financial data and trends to inform decision-making and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-10 years in Finance, Accounting, or a related role, with proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and project management.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing, and build strong partnerships across teams.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders outside of direct reporting relationships.
• Proactively supports peers to promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, teamwork, and personal development.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and data management tools, particularly Tableau and SQL (VBA experience is a plus).
