Part-Time Resident Concierge l - La Maison (Personal Services)
Package organization and delivery. This includes the Amazon HUB system and back work room.
Resident communication via email and the Notifii platform.
Move-in orientation for new move-ins.
Facilitate deliveries.
Maintain coffee bar and supply orders for the office & coffee station.
Maintain foyer cleanliness including glass in the entryway, office, and residential lounge.
Monitor the front parking area, issue citations, and provide instructions for garage parking.
Assist the Leasing Team as needed. This may include but is not limited to: Greeting guests, answering phones, tours, stocking desks, filing, scanning etc.
Assist vendor and resident key check in/out.
Daily amenity walks. This is especially important during the summer months.
Assist with Resident Events and Social Media posts
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
