Position Overview:
Marin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in San Rafael, CA. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
Qualifications:
- Current California RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
