If so, we want to speak with you! We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Security Operations to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role involves overseeing the complete spectrum of security services at the corporate offices, which will include day to day management of the Global Security Operations Center. Key tasks include creation and execution of emergency response plans, performing risk assessments, organizing drills and exercises, and guaranteeing adherence to relevant regulations and standards. What you'll be doing: Corporate Offices Security Manager, (50%):
Perform the full range of security programs at corporate offices, to include asset protection, validating access control equipment are in proper working conditions and ensuring contract guard staff are meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
Serve as the primary security point of contact for responses to or request for assistance with security related activities occurring at or near a corporate office.
Serve as the primary POC for security related assistance or questions from office designated employees and will also represent Corp Security on site level working groups such as emergency response, crisis management, and safety.
GSOC (Global Security Operations Center), (30%):
Provide operational oversight of the 24/7 operations center that monitors access control, fire, and emergency services across the enterprise.
Accountable for meeting or exceeding GSOC's service level agreements and developing remediation strategies for identified opportunity areas.
Physical Security Standardizations and Governance, (20%):
Lead the development and acceptance of reasonable baseline physical and procedural security standards across new and existing sites based on prevailing risk appetite.
Influence business and partner alignment for ad-hoc risk based physical or procedural security enhancements resulting from new or developing risk.
What we want you to have:
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years in law enforcement, military, or corporate security roles.
3+ years of demonstrated experience leading or conducting investigations, with workplace, physical threats, or loss prevention investigations preferred.
Previous experience working in a Security Operations or Fusion Center highly desirable.
Proven experience in emergency management, preferably in a corporate office setting.
Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work long hours and/or different times of the day and night as needed.
Must be able to perform effectively in high stress situations. Medium level of physical activity is crucial, including but not limited to sitting, walking, lifting, searching, and carrying moderate weight objects.
Less than 25% travel required
Certifications in Certified Protection Professional, Physical Security Professional or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) - Preferred
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $128,700.00 - $196,200.00. We deliver a market-competitive, equitable pay with a Total Reward program that includes:
