Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote resident mobility and function
- Monitor and adjust therapy programs based on resident progress
- Educate residents and families on therapy exercises and mobility strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for residents
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to enhancing residents' quality of life
