What you will enjoy doing*

• You will facilitate New Product Introduction through the most efficient and effective means to the Operations team
• You are responsible for Continuous Improvement initiatives identified by the business to improve productivity and/or customer satisfaction
• You will develop and maintains expertise with the process equipment inOperations.
• Troubleshoots manufacturing equipment, part and process issues with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure
• Assist in organizing and creating documentation necessary for new applications

What makes you great

• You must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-10 years of project engineering experience. Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment is required. Thermal Spray experience is preferred.
• Tooling development and CAD experience with the ability to become knowledgeable on LAMT coating systems is required
• As this role will involve executing and completing project, you must have effective project management skills with the ability to complete multiple projects independently
