Your Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Follow individualized care plans to meet residents' needs and preferences
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents safely and comfortably
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by adhering to infection control and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and dignity of all residents

What We're Looking For:
