A Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; OR5+ years of HR management experience (bonus points for experience in construction or trade industries).A deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.Tech-savviness with HRIS systems.SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or the drive to earn one).Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
