PROJECT ASSISTANT (Finance)

Your Role:
- Create and modify documents including specifications, bid/construction documents, correspondence, forms, and reports
- Create/maintain documents/spreadsheets to standards in a timely manner in Word and Excel
- Attend design/construction project meetings and take and distribute meeting notes
- Maintain electronic project files
- Copy and scan reports, documents and drawings
- Communicate with contractors via Outlook or online software for processing of construction paperwork
- Provide backup for Switchboard as needed
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 5-10 years office experience
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Access 2016 required
- A/E or Construction field experience a plus
