Role reports to: Manager Global Portfolio Management
Location: Summit, NJ
Pay : Anticipated hourly pay for this role ($20.00 - $26.00) depending on skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors
What you will do
The Analyst, Global Portfolio Management Co-op is responsible for Knowledge Management and maintenance of communication and reference materials to support organizational change, system, tool adoption, and driving data integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develops and deploys change management, communication, and training plans to relevant internal Stakeholders
• Lead the Global Project & Portfolio Management (GPPM) team's documentation of tacit knowledge and internal processes
• Ownership of GPPM Knowledge Management site, ensuring the site is easy to use and navigate and all content is relevant to current business processes and system rules
• Develop core GPPM training curriculum for internal stakeholders
• Establish standard framework of knowledge management offerings for GPPM reporting publications
• Support Global Portfolio & Project Management team in documenting and presenting key internal processes in an engaging and effective way for stakeholders
• Continually look for opportunities to improve training material, user experience and data quality in the PPM space
• Any other responsibilities as needed
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Ability to commit to a 6-month duration to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the assignment. The program will be active from Monday-Friday from June-2025 to December 2025
• The student is expected to be available for travel to the office. Please note that arranging transportation will be the student's responsibility
Desired Qualifications
• Preferred Supply Chain Management or related majors (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
• Be at least a junior at the moment of the application (but not necessarily taking classes)
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc...)
• Collaboration and team building skills; proven leadership ability
• Analytical mindset and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
• Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
